Promotion of education and research in the field of Controlled Release Drug Delivery systems.

Holding seminars, symposia and conferences at national and international level.
Improvement of interaction between the scientists / researchers working in the industry and educational institute.
Affiliation / association with other societies / institutions / organizations to become members therefore in furtherance of interest of the society and professionals.
Seeking grants / donations and assistance from public and government agencies to promote the interests and activities of the society.
Creating an awareness regarding regulatory guidelines and update.
Facilitating filing and approval of patents in the area of drug delivery system.
Creating a platform where local scientists are able to present their innovative work in drug delivery systems.
Creating awareness amongst suppliers of excipients and machine manufactures to develop materials and equipment to facilitate or accelerate development process.
Developing ways of generating funds to achieve the objective of the society.
